From February 3 to 10, the International Mask Arts & Culture Organization (IMACO) conducted an international exchange network program with six cities in northern Italy. Through this opportunity, IMACO engaged with representatives from these cities as well as mask culture experts, achieving significant outcomes such as expanding its international exchange network and securing participation in the IMACO Local Research Center initiative.

- An evening dinner with local cultural officials from Bonifro, Italy, attended by Claudia Mariano, Professor at Campo Basso National Conservatory (Pianist), and Ettore Leccese (Director of an international event planning agency and Milan Orpheus Trumpetist).
- A meeting and lunch hosted by Mayor Goresi, followed by a visit to the city hall
- A meeting related to attending the Teatro Tascoville di Bergamo (TTB) and the Andong International Mask Dance Festival, along with a proposal for joining the ILRC Center
- A casual meeting with the Mayor of Varese and City Council members (Mayor: David Galimberti / City Councilor: Helin Yildiz).
- A meeting with the Deputy Mayor of Bergamo (Introduction of the Federation and a proposal for joining the ILRC Center).
- Attendance at a performance at the Donizetti Theater in Bergamo and a meeting with Giovanni Testa (Mayor of Goresi), Alessandro Cortinovis (City Councilor of Goresi), and Emanuele Beshi (Former Dean of the Bergamo Conservatory) (Introduction of the Federation and a proposal for joining the ILRC Center).
- A meeting with the Mayor of Villa di Serio, Mario Morotti (Introduction of the Federation and a proposal for joining the ILRC Center)
- A meeting with the Ducato di Piazza Pontida performance troupe (Introduction of the Andong International Mask Dance Festival and the Federation, as well as the ILRC).
- A luncheon and meeting with local art industry officials from Pietrasanta (August 205) regarding the Korean Festival (Participation of the Federation's mask exhibition and mask dance troupe)
- A meeting with mask/puppet maker Massimo Bresc and a proposal for joining the ILRC Center
- A meeting and lunch with Goresi City Councilor Alessandro Cortinovis / A site visit to the 2025 Viareggio Carnival and discussions on the exchange of mask dance troupes
- Three new organizations join as members of IMACO's Local Research Center(TEATRO TASCABILE DI BERGAMO(TTB) Bergamo, Italia / Ducato di Piazza Pondita Villa di Serio, Italia / Massimo Breschi Viareggio, Italia)
